Terms and Conditions
These pre-launch terms apply while NOIRIX is operating in waitlist and private-access mode before DROP 001: THE VOID ZIP SET opens.
Using the Website
Use the website lawfully and do not attempt to interfere with checkout, accounts, product data, forms, or security controls.
Waitlist and Private Access
Joining the waitlist gives permission for the updates described in the consent notice, but does not guarantee private-access timing, product availability, or the opportunity to purchase.
Pre-launch Status
The website is currently in waitlist and private-access mode. Browsing preview information or joining the waitlist does not create a completed purchase contract.
Product Information
Product details, prices, delivery costs, release timing, and availability may be updated before Drop 001 opens. Preview images and descriptions are provided for pre-launch information and may be refined before release.
Pricing
Final pricing will be confirmed before private access opens. Applicable delivery costs will be shown clearly at checkout when Drop 001 opens.
Orders
An order should only be treated as paid after Stripe confirms payment and the backend creates the order record. NOIRIX may review or cancel orders affected by stock, fraud checks, payment issues, or obvious errors.
Payment
Payments are handled securely through Stripe. NOIRIX does not collect raw card details through its own forms.
Delivery
UK delivery is available at launch. Final methods, prices, and estimates will be confirmed before payment. See the Delivery page for current launch information.
Returns and Refunds
Returns are requested through the NOIRIX return flow and reviewed before approval. Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery, and approved refunds are processed after inspection. See the Returns page for customer guidance.
Account Use
Customers are responsible for keeping sign-in details private and for contacting client care if they believe an account has been accessed without permission.
Intellectual Property
NOIRIX names, visuals, product content, page designs, and brand assets belong to NOIRIX or its licensors and should not be copied without permission.
Website Updates
NOIRIX may update the website, these pre-launch details, and the private-access experience before Drop 001 opens. Material changes will be reflected on the relevant page.
Careful Limitation Wording
NOIRIX is not responsible for losses caused by misuse of the website, inaccurate information supplied by the customer, or events outside reasonable control. Nothing in these terms is intended to limit rights that cannot be limited by law.
