Processing Time

Orders move into preparation after payment is verified. Dispatch and carrier updates are provided when available through order support channels.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

If a parcel appears delayed, contact support@noirix.uk with your order number and delivery email so client care can review the order context.

International Delivery

International delivery is not available for Drop 001. Launch delivery is UK-only unless additional countries are enabled in checkout later.
