This page explains how NOIRIX handles information during the Drop 001 waitlist and private-access launch.
Information We May Collect
Email addresses submitted for the waitlist and Drop 001 updates.
Consent status, signup source, and timestamp connected with that email.
Account, order, delivery, contact, or return information if those services are used later.
Cookie preference records and limited site metadata.
Orders and Payments
Payments are handled securely through Stripe. NOIRIX does not collect or store raw card details on the website.
How Information Is Used
To send private-access timing, product release updates, and NOIRIX brand news.
To provide accounts, checkout, delivery, returns, and client care when those services open.
To send required service messages about orders or requests.
To detect abuse, fraud, or technical issues.
Contact and Return Forms
Information submitted through support and return forms is used to respond to that request and review order context where available.
Newsletter and Waitlist
Drop 001 waitlist signup stores the submitted email address and consent details so NOIRIX can send private-access, release, and brand updates. Every marketing email will provide a way to unsubscribe, and you can unsubscribe at any time.
Service Providers
Third-party email or waitlist tools, such as Klaviyo, may process the submitted email on behalf of NOIRIX. Other configured providers may support hosting, security, payments, accounts, analytics, and customer care. They receive only the information needed for their service.
Retention and Sale of Data
NOIRIX does not sell personal data. Waitlist and brand-communication information is kept only for as long as needed for those purposes, to meet legal obligations, or until consent is withdrawn.
Accounts and Browser Storage
When a verified account email matches a waitlist email, NOIRIX may link the subscription status to that authenticated account so it can be recognised on another device. Essential browser storage may remember a confirmed subscription and, separately, whether the optional prompt was dismissed in this browser.
Cookies and Analytics
Essential cookies and local storage support cart, account, checkout, consent, and site functionality. Non-essential analytics and marketing tools only load after the relevant consent is granted.
